Worked this up from a night photo... I was good with it for as much as I pressed it...
Where did I miss here or did I miss that far?
Big crop. Soft too much?
Would be way nice to know your thoughts. Thx, Michael. :D

I really like the clouds. I realize that the pic is not about the moon but I'm not so sure about the lack of detail there. headscratch.gif

    Hey Michael,

You try stuff that I don't have enough talent nor expertise to try, therefore, it's sometimes hard for me to offer any meaningful critique. I can say I agree with Richard in that I'd like to see some definition to the moon to confirm that it's actually the moon. That's what someone would assume but the picture would have more impact if that were a known instead of an assumption.

    I do like the shot.

    I'm getting.

Yes, that's much better. clap.gif I would make the brightest part of the moon at least as bright as the brightest patch of the clouds. But don't lose the detail.

:D Have you noticed yet that I am fighting the white moon / usual old moon?
Its pretty much the reason I had a no detail moon at the start. So with
resistance being futile, I will make the final leap then. :D:D:D

The clouds in this photo are just beautiful. To me...you don't even need a moon in the shot.
