Well this was pretty much my first decent chance to get out and shoot for the year (we had a baby, born on Christmas day!). So I went to my local shooting gallery and got these few. It was early morning and I had some issues with backlit shots initially. I was happy enough with them. C&C welcome.

Thanks Stephen! The purple moorhens are striking birds when you get the light on them.

Cheers Harry. It is certainly a big change to have a little one t take care of now!

#12 is not a usual shot for me, cos I am rarely up early enough to see the mist!
