I have done portrait photography for quite some time, but not really any baby portraits. Whole different ballgame when you have to depend on a wiggling, constantly moving subject to pose for you. Did a shoot a couple of weeks ago and would appreciate some C & C. All were taken using natural window light with a Nikon D700 & Tamron 70-200 2.8. Thanks!

I do like No2 but No1 just looks like a little too much skin softening - makes the eyes overly sharp and I'm really not keen on the perspective of No3. Could work for some shots but the overly enlarged head and stumpy looking legs just doesn't feel right

Yeah, I know - looks kinda like an alien. To me it was a striking shot, but in a strange way. I liked it, but was not sure I really liked it. I was interested to see what others thought.

    Thanks for the comments EOS_JD.

No bother. I really like the editing - great colour and contrast - but the pose just doesn't work.

    No2 I think is great :)
