Photosizes Hover window doesn't Work

I wanted to give the Customizations Category a rest from my site troubles by posting here.

The HOVER Photo Sizes window appears on mouse over but the functionality is gone.
I suspectthe PAYPAl button may have something to do with it.
Anyone have any ideas?
