FS: Nikon D90 Kit for sale (kit or by component)

I am putting my Nikon D90 kit up for sale. All items are LNIB. No marks, scratches or smudges.
The kit includes:
Nikon D90 DSLR - $730
Nikon 18-105mm VR lens - $250
Nikon MB-D80 battery grip - $125
MC-DC2 remote cord (remote shutter release) - $30
The combined package is available for $1075
Shipping is to the continental US and does not include insurance - that would be extra. Also add 3% for regular Paypal.
Note: all items are LNIB except the MC-DC2. The D90 and 18-105 VR lens were bought as a kit, which I still have the boxes. If sold together this will be shipped in the original box. However, if sold seperately the lens will be shipped in it's white box from inside the kit box.
