Possible to have visitors upload photos to your site?

I'm creating a site for a friend, and she would like to be able to have visitors to her site upload their photos into a specific gallery. Is this possible?

But there's no way to have them upload into a specific gallery, like "Our Italy Trip"? It looks like the pictures would have to go into the "email" gallery, if I'm reading correctly.
