Has anyone used a 7D and Transcend 16GB Compact Flash (CF) 400X to capture RAW and 1080p video? Any issues? Can the card keep up at 8 fps? Thanks.

I can't imagine it having any issues. I use the 300x version of their 16GB cards and it's the fastest I've used. I can shoot JPEG continously till the card is full at 6.3 fps on my 50d. On Raw, I can get 13 or 14 before pausing.

I would warn you to stay away from the 600x cards. I have 3 16G and 2 8G 300x cards, all work fine, but one of the two 8g 600x cards I've bought failed.

    EFS 17-55 f/2.8 & 10-22 // Sigma 30mm f/1.4 & 50mm f/1.4
Sigma Bigma OS // Canon 70-200 IS f/2.8

    Thanks for the warning.
Not like I can afford to buy a 600X card right now anyway.
Maybe by the time I can afford it, they would have fixed the issues.
