Which Card to Get?!

I have the 5DmII in my shopping cart. Now I need to find out which card is best. I'm the type that would rather spend the extra money and get two 8GB cards instead of one 16GB card. I've been burned before when I had all my eggs in one basket.

I'm not a pray and spray photographer so I don't care about taking 10 shots in 3 seconds. What I do want to get into is the video. Is there a big difference in card speeds with the 5DmII?

I would love to know if I should get the SanDisk Ultra that says it can get UP to 30MB/s, or the SanDisk Extreme that gets 60MB/s or the Lexar Pro that gets 35MB/s.

Until I got my 5dII I only used 8GB Sandisk extreme IIIs. Once I got the 5DII and saw the file sizes, I researched cards and came up with the Transcend UDMA 300x 16GB CF.

Get the Transcend 8gb 600X from New egg......been the lest expensive retailer for Transcend cards I have found.........
I have 10 Transcend 8gb cards now plus 2 lexars.......both are great the Transcends have been the lest expensive.......
