Gwendolynne had an operation earlier this week. She is not pleased with the cone of silence.

I took the cone off earlier today, but the first thing she did was bite at her wound. So, she'll be wearing it for a while longer.

    Hi Lee,

    I have five cats that consent to me occupying their house. I dread the day I might have to employ one of these gadgets on any one of my cats....the other four will think they may be next and they'll get together and try and take me out. I see it happening.

    Cats are coniving little sneaks! :D I think they want to take over the world.

    Actually, Gwendolynne wasn't angry about having to wear the cone; this is her "Why me?" face. :D

    I removed the cone Thursday evening, and after my tapping her on the head and saying a stern "No!", she stopped nibbling at her wound. It's been off since and she's been very good and much, much happier.
