Was just keywording photos at midnight for some reason and came across this error now I can't seem to get any of my photos to come up.

on www.kelseygrayphotography.com
Invalid URL

The requested URL "/North-America/Alaska/Grapefruit-Rocks-072409/9967656_Jhx8w", is invalid.
Reference #9.c8c370d1.1270715260.1c66f5df

Just thought i'd throw it out there. :)

Also I notice its a bit weird with Google Chrome. I open a gallery but the add photos and other buttons are missing until I hit refresh. Seems to be the same on every computer. Odd little quirk!

Thanks for all the hard work!

Kelsey

    Hi Kelsey,

I'm sorry that happened. I'm not sure what happened because I can bring up your site a-okay here. It may have been a momentary DNS problem with your ISP at that time. Could you give it another try?

    Kelsey,

I checked your domain and it is also working for me. If you see this again, let us know. We will be happy to take a look.

Works for me to. GOt it to kick up again after about 10 minutes. Couldn't replicate the problem anywhere else but its gone now. :) The refresh quirk is still there for me though.

I am not seeing the error this morning. That response is very similar to a Domain error I have seen before. Can we check that just to be safe?

Check your domain setup and make sure you have just a CNAME pointed at domains.smugmug.com and a single @ A record pointed at 208.79.45.23

If you have more than one @ A record you could be hitting it randomly causing the problem.

"Internal Server Error - Read The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Reference #3.bfab1160.1271076156.18a1f2c9"

    That's what I am getting.

RogersDA, yours was an actual outage with the entire system. I think.

Prezwood, can you link me to where you were working? Also, what exact steps you were taking when it happened? Do you see it other places on the site or just with the keyword stuff?

Thanks, Doc. I wasn't worried - just sharing in case you all needed something or to help others.

It has happened about 5 times now during different times of the late night or early morning. Also It has happened on different pages, the last time I was adding keywords. The time before I was on the front page and the whole page disappeared. Whenever it happens the whole site is down. No matter where I tried to click it doesn't come up.

Also it only seems to last about 10 minutes at a time or so sometimes shorter. I'll keep an eye on it and see if I can notice a connection between what I am doing and when it happens.
