Skipping already imported files in Bridge

I import the files from my flashcard using "Photo Downloader" that is part of Bridge (CS3).
I am new to Bridge, I used to use iPhoto.
Sometimes I forget to empty my card before I start shooting again. So when I go back to Bridge, Photo Downloader has all files (inclusing the already imported ones) checked for download and I have to uncheck all the old files (that are already on my Mac) manually. That is quite a pain.
Is there a function "skip already imported files" somewhere in Bridge or Photo Downloader?
I've been searching but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks in advance,
Jeroen

Unselect all photo's using "unselect all".
Select all new photos with the shift key.
Check the checkbox of one of the selected photo's and the checkboxes of all selected photo's will automatically be checked.
Hit "get photo's" and only your new shot will be downloaded.
