Went out for a short session. The waves were small but the wind was good enough for some action.

    Nice.

Now I tend to be a little naive or uneducated to times - do you use any filters/particular post or anything else to achieve these results?

I'm one of those 'self-taught' guys to-date and stick to the basics with a bit of pp as needed, bit trying to learn about bits of hardware or process to add to my arsenal :)

The only thing I do is use aperture to process the RAW image. On occasion I will use onone plug in ( phototools3) to get some special effects but not on tese. I adjust the WB, saturation and exposure . These shots are cropped due to the distances involved. Hope this helps.
