It might help if you told people what software you do have.
Or, if you're using Smugmug, create your watermark, upload to Smugmug, define it as a watermark, configure gallery use that watermark, then upload lots of photos to that gallery and they will be watermarked.
Try FastStone Image Viewer, it has a batch mode which allows you to translucently add an image using offsets from an anchor point (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, etc.)

Here's another link to scaling a watermark in Photoshop. Same concept as the link Thunder provided but explained a little differently. I use it all the time and it works great.
