Workshop Time?

I am thinking of doing another small workshop this summer. My initial inclination would be to do it here in Boston, but I'd be open to other suggestions. I'd like to make it a week - say Sunday to Saturday, but that, too, is open to discussion.
All of which is to say, if you'd be interested in week of intensive shooting, looking at images, and pushing the boundaries of your "comfort zone," drop me an Email - no need to comment here - and maybe we can have some back-and-forth about when, where, how, etc., before I formally offer it. Oh, and Virginia and Rutt will both testify to the fact that I am not nearly as mean as I seem to be. :ivar

The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking. - Brook Atkinson- 1951

Way to go, Gina
That check I sent you? Cancelled!
BTW - I am now toying with the idea of here in Boston, July 2-5, which would mean shooting July 4 insanity in Boston.

Seriously, though, the July 4 week sounds like great timing for the workshop! The 4th provides primo shooting opportunities in Boston, especially on the Charles River Esplanade. And there are even outstanding fireworks (think of the faces in the crowd pix you can take!).
Of course, the workshop will challenge you, frustrate you, make you photograph in lighting conditions you hate, expose you to the work of some of the greats of American photography, help you develop the ability to critique your own work as well as the work of others, and teach you something about yourself as a photographer and as a human being.
Also, you will get to know BD so you can decide for yourself if he is the pussycat he claims to be!!

BD, would you send another check please.

Oh WAIT, just saw the July2-5 thing. That may work - pending low enough airfare from CA and someone willing to put me up on a couch...
