Beautiful Sam. clap.gif Looking forward to seeing more.

How hard was it to get to that spot? How much hiking?

Very nice Sam. I like this shot a lot and can spend several minutes looking at it.

Nice Job. The ripples on the first 2 dunes are great...good lighting and I like the proportion of the crop.

I love this shot - simple and complex at the same time! Oh, and the exposure looks right :D

I was thinking this small version didn't do it justice so I went to your gallery to look at a larger version and I was right. At a larger size, this is a much more wonderful image.

Thanks everyone. It was a great experience. I was the only person on the dunes. Simple solitude watching the shifting light and shadows as the sun set. It's getting harder and harder to find that in today's crowded world.

That's a sweet shot. Do you have a BW conversion? I have a feeling it will look wonderful in monochrome! thumb.gif

Whoa-- great dunes pics in your gallery! thumb.gif

Isn't it awesome waking up next to those dunes and hiking up them for the sunrise? It was definitely worth it for you judging by your pics!
