Photoshop - Customize Proof Condition ?help?

Can someone tell me what to set my "Customize Proof Condition" options to so that I can "Proof Colors" in PS CS3?

I want to preview on screen what it would look like on prints.

Try this article...it's older than CS3 but the settings are pretty much the same
