Toolbars missing .... is smugmug in view only mode or something?

Hi. I'm at http://tammygibson.smugmug.com/. Right now I see no toolbars. I ca see the edit buttons on gallery descriptions, the move up/move down and edit options on my individual sections, but no toolbar is showing to add photos, view stats, view comments, etc. The whole top bar is gone?

Tammy, Is this happening in the galleries? can you give me a link to a specific location? What browser are you seeing it in? I can see the toolbars when I check your site. Its possible that something is blocking them. Our your browser is not loading the buttons.
