Real time - Digital Signage / Screen Saver?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of any DIGITAL SIGNAGE system or SCREEN SAVER type of thing which allows me to update an ALBUM or FEED in REAL TIME.
Currently, I'm just using the slideshow on a HTML page, which I display at full screen... but this work around requires me to restart the slideshow each time I update it.
