@ The Cornell University Vet School Open House today. I loved the contrast of a hawk in a classroom LOL

    I love this picture. It's as though the young woman and the bird are both contemplating at the same thing. Her nose and the bird's beak make a charming juxtaposition.

    I'd be tempted to crop it to a square, cutting off the bottom portion of the picture.

    There is beauty in this image and I think a square crop starting just below the top of her head would really set it off.

    Very nice. I can't decide if the art on the wall to the left is distracting me or if the curly bits in it echo the woman's hair.

    that's funny, because i thought the same thing about the square crop, but was afraid I'd cut too much from the photo, or it'd get overly noisy...I might give it a try.

    how's this? i kept all of the hawk's talons, because for some reason it felt wrong to lose them, and took more off the top to keep them in...but hope this works. it does bring out more emotion from the picture though
