Excellent captures Carrie with great backgounds and colors. clap.gif

I'm seeing a slight haloing from sharpening on the 1st image. Do you sharpen selctively?

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thank you, Harry. :) No, I actually didn't sharpen these. I would love to know what you're seeing as haloing though so I can prevent it in the future. I guess I'm not seeing it. Thanks for point it out though.

If you look on top of the beak you can see some slight haloing, This is usually caused whn sharpening is applied globally rather than selectively. Its not a major issue for this capture as it is very slight but it could be more obvious in other captures.
