Hi, just returned from a few days in Tasmania which included a trip to Bruny Island. On the way back to the 'mainland' noticed some smoke from a couple of 'controlled burns'. Took the coast road back to Huonville, turned a corner and came face to face with this view..........

Hi, Thanks for your comment. I guess it is a case of being in the right place at the right time - couldn't have planned it.

Hi Tom, Thanks for your comment. At least something 'good' came out of all of the smoke - it is quite common for the forestry people to carry out controlled burns in autumn - can mess things up when you are trying to take landscape shots!
Cheers, Richard.
Hi Rob, I've never seen that sort of colour reflected in the water before so I guess I was lucky. Thanks for your comment.
Cheers, Richard.
Hi Eia, thank you for your nice comment - glad you liked it. As I said before - I was just in the right place at the right time.
Cheers, Richard.
