...Dang...I had just printed out the Feisol webpage to show the wife on Friday for us to decide on the purchase and as of Saturday nite, the price has now gone up close to $100 :huh

Does anyone have a phone number for the company as no email I send has been answered or returned?

Thanks

Are you going through Fiesol's site or ReallyBigCamera's site? The latter is in the US and I heard the owner is quick to reply.

Is this the link you used ? http://www.feisol.net/index.php I've never had any problem contacting them & have had quick service also. I bought a monopod from them & have been well pleased with it.

nod.gif - I bought a tripod from them and corresponded via e-mail both before and after the sale with quick turn-around. Hmmmm - very interesting.

Finally got ahold of the distributor personally. He was very helpful and we were able to come to a "meeting of the minds" of sorts. I think both parties are satisfied. I am now waiting for my new tripod to arrive clap.gif
