A couple of shots... any thoughts? I think I like the tree better, though the sunflare seems to be a little different from the other pinhole shots.

I like the sunflare one Kinkajou clap.gif , although I think you'll need a catchier title.
The dirt on the sensor probably works for this challenge as well, you can say it was a filter of sorts--but yeah that's some serious dirt!

#1 and #2 really say pinhole to me, but I much prefer the sun flare. We've just got to come up with a title.

Oh, and I like that dust filter you've applied to the image. mwink.gif:D

    Sunflare for me.

What do you think of Into the Light or twist it to Out of the Light for titles?

    Thanks for your thoughts, guys!

I'm a fan of really straightforward and boring titles, so maybe I'll just call it 'sunflare' or 'sidewalk'... but it's nice to know that people like it, 'dirt filter' and all! Thank you! :D

On images 1 and 2, similar to DsrtVW, so right on in my mind when I think of lo-fi. But again, similar to DsrtVW, the comp and subject are not grabbing me. Personally I think you nailed the technique, now you just have to trust yourself to use it on a more worthwhile subject. :o)

I am voting #3 It is amazing how the junk shows up when shooting a pinhole lens. I just had mine cleaned and kept blowing it out but there was still stuff showing up. In this challenge it adds to it a bit. Like the TTV shots

I like #3. The dirty sensor reminds me of scanning an old film thats covered in grit and dirt. Haha, I happen to like it. rolleyes1.gif

I like the sunflare too. I guess that's a characteristic of pinholes. I got some flares in my pinhole shots too.
