I'm having some fun with this website. I found it while looking around and gave it a try. It works quite well, IMO. The only problem is that if you want to apply a vertical tilt shift effect, you need to rotate the photo and when you are done you have to rotate it again.

P.S. I know you can achieve this affect in photoshop or similar, but this was easy.
