    Repeating flash
    Thanks for the comments everyone. You access this under the Custom Menu,go to bracketing/flash
    then e3, and choose repeating flash. I did this in a dark room,put camera in m/up shutter @ 1.3 -1.6 seconds and used a remote shutter release.

    Was doing a little surfing and found out that you can make the SB 800 strobe sync with your D200 on a repeating flash check it out... pretty cool, just scroll down the page. (other cool stuff there too.) http://www.digitalsecrets.net/secrets/D200News2.html
