I have read many mixed reviews on Sigma Lens 180-300mm 2.8. I am interested in bumping up to a 300 for friday night football and cant really afford 300 Canon plus interested in flexibility of 180 - 300. Currently own Canon 70-200 2.8 which does a great job, but interested in having a little more reach. Does anyone have some good recommendations on this lens or another one this range? Thanks Patrick

I'm assuming your speaking of the Sigma 120-300mm(didn't see anything about a 180-300 anywhere), as it's always held my interest also. I've read some good things about it and seen some really great images from it.

I'll PM you a link about this lens to check out.
