Java Update?

I just updated Java on my computer (automatic update) and now I get Java error messages from the smuguploader. I can continue but just curious if there is an incompatibility issue with the new Java release?

    No incompatibility - just a security warning error, as Java changed some stuff on us - you can accept it anyhow, and we've fixed it internally to not bark at our security certificate.

    I have this after an update as you know. OK, I bypass it but am afraid when I'm once not too alert or hasty and click the "block"-side!
