granted that you didn't have your tripod - it's still a mighty cool shot! I love the sense of movement and the other dancers lurking in the shadows..
You might want to try cropping off the big black empty space at the top..

I like it a lot - I agree with Autumn's comments completely. There also seems to be some chromatic abberation present in the shot; consider removing that if you can. Nice work.

did some cropping, and for the color abberation i've choosed to be a wee bit drastic

I like the crop, but I prefer the color one to the b&w.
