Well we had some fun waves yesterday with some good surfers. I shot pretty early so all are backlit, but im happy with the way they came out.

    These are all really nice. I love the plumes( like Rags) and the comps are great. I know how hard it is to shoot back lit surfing. My fav is #3. It pops and has a unique twist to it.clap.gifclap

    Thank you too both of you for the compliments.

    ^ All where shot with a d200 and the tokina 80-400 f4.5. stopped down to f8. most around 300mm or so. For pp I use photoshop cs3 all shot in raw and just minor contrast, color boost and sharpening. On a few of them I added a layer mask and brightend up the face most though have very minor pp.
