We've finally been getting some bright days. Went out to take flower shots, and came home with shots of this funny rooster and his his hens.

Suggestion about horizon/straightening... especially with the "grid" on the fence, these need to be either exactly perfectly straight, or obviously angled.. these just look "crooked" - not creatively crooked, just crooked.

When I was looking at these I liked how the fence was a little off. Number 3 being my favorite.

    Well...

You have to keep the chicken straight first, in my opinion. The fence was built over undulating ground, so it is twisted every which way. But I can't see rotating the image to make the fence plumb, when the fence isn't the subject. Personally I didn't find it so bad. Hard to find a straight chicken pen around here!

I found some flowers, but I got side tracked by barnyard animals! I'll post a few flowers...

Isn't getting side tracked just a great part of the deal? You got some
neat shots out of it and more time behind the viewfinder. Its all good.
