Slideshow Stopped Working

I have been customizing my pro site and all of a sudden the slideshow section stopped working. I have retraced my steps trying to troubleshoot but not sure if it was something I did.

It comes and goes on me.

Also, how can I get the reference # for this custom banner I created and uploaded: http://dldphotography.smugmug.com/Watermarks/Private/11750412_RrwJB#837683505_JjrJk

I see how it is done in the advanced settings but don't know how to reference the image to make it work.

This will add it above your current banner.
Add this to the CSS box on your "advanced site-wide customization" page in your control panel.

Thank you! I noticed that my header, banner, navigation bar and footer settings are not being carried over into my landscape gallery. This originally was my slideshow gallery. Any reason why?

Because you have appearance set to 'SmugMug' not 'Custom' here http://dldphotography.smugmug.com/gallery/settings.mg?AlbumID=11703485&AlbumKey=Bas4r
