The Grackle; however, is exceptionally pleasing in all respects.
Nikon D700, D300, D80 and assorted glass, old and new.
All are good but the Grackle is outstanding. Laying down in the road to get that one or shooting from the other bank?

Love the grackle and what you must've had to do the get that shot! The loggerhead shrike is also wonderful.

Thanks Ric! I went all the way to Viera and my best shot was a Grackle. (Which are all over the place were I live)
Thanks Alex!
Thanks Jim! Just kneeling on the road with my 70-200mm. They were pretty oblivious to me.
Thanks Jeff! Shrikes are a little more common here than in the SoCal.
