    All good stuff, Glenn! thumb.gif

The Grackle; however, is exceptionally pleasing in all respects.

    Agree with Ric.

All are good but the Grackle is outstanding. Laying down in the road to get that one or shooting from the other bank?

Very nice series Glenn, and the one that stands out for me as well is the Grackle with the strut and head feathers up, a bird with an attitude look.

I was out there just the other day... I love that place!

Love the grackle and what you must've had to do the get that shot! The loggerhead shrike is also wonderful.

Thanks Jim! Just kneeling on the road with my 70-200mm. They were pretty oblivious to me.

Thanks Jeff! Shrikes are a little more common here than in the SoCal.
