I would just buy something from Meritline or Super Media Store. If this is for a customer, be sure they can read dual layer first.

Personally, I have never gone wrong with Sony and Memorex dual-layer DVDs of the R variety (not the RW's which I avoid). The Taiyo Yuden dual layer Golds are outstanding, also, and are supposed to be very long lived. Having never had any of those three brands fail, I cannot say anything against them.

The same has held true in those three brands' single layer gold DVDs as well as their CDs. Never had any edge corrosion, coasters, etc. and I have been using at least one of those brands since CD burning first came out.

I am sure others will have their brand recommendation, also. Amazon is a good, reliable source for all the above mentioned brands.
