Who's in charge of adding pro labs? I have a local pro lab here that I use for non-smugmug orders. I'd really like to be able to use them for SmugMug orders as well. Who do I recommend them to, or tell them to call?

Hi Fred, we love our labs, and Bay Photo is an amazing true pro lab.

It's rather a big deal for us to support new labs, and right now, we don't have plans to add any.

What's missing or what don't you like about Bay, that your lab has?

I wish I had a better, different answer for you now.

Thanks for the assistance Andy. Personally for SmugMug orders I use Bay photo, and they do a wonderful job. There really is nothing I like/dislike when comparing these two companies. I like my local lab however because when I do a local event or portrait my client doesn't have to pay $4.00 to have their order shipped to them. When I use my local lab, I can save the shipping on the client and just hand deliver the finished work.
