Smugmug Markup on BayPhoto Pricing???

I'm still in my "trial" period but so far, I'm happy with what I see. Still trying to work out a few wrinkles.

I currently use BayPhoto for my prints and have built my pricing models around their costs (Economy, since I do my own color correction).
As I started to input my costs into SmugMug, I noticed that the SmugMug default doesn't match the BayPhoto pricing. Is there a consistent markup across the board or does this vary by product?.

I really want to present my clients with a consistent pricing regardless of whether they order directly from me or online. Any a help would be appreciated as I need to modify my own pricing models (and spreadsheets -ugh!)

Thanks!
Renee

Some products have extra options that are automatically added through SM, so perhaps you're not looking at the same exact product between the two. I'd thought I was seeing a pretty hefty markup on metal prints, but when I realized I also had to add rounded corners, the back mount, etc. into ROES, the prices ended up being about the same.

Michael - Great point! I hadn't thought about the additional options. I did a big "gulp" when I looked at the metal prints prices.

Andy - Once I update my spreadsheets, I'll contact the Heros if I find anything out of balance (taking into consideration Michael's note).

    Appreciate the help!
