Help with quoting a swim team

I'm in Virginia, and need to make a proposal for my kid's swim team. I have the lighting and the shooting down solid. I need to know where to go to get my printing and mattes/folders. When I shot for a school photo company, we called them 'sportsmates' and we'd offer a folder with an individual photo on one side and a team photo on the other. I need a resource this, so I can price it out.
