Two problems: no email replies & Home page issue

Two problems I'm running into. First is I have had no reply to emails I sent SmugMug on March 29, April 12, and today, April 17, regarding renewal of my Pro account. I'd really like someone to reply to them please.

Second: When I log in to SmugMug, I end up at the following page instead of my home page: https://secure.smugmug.com/homepage/contactemail.mg?redir=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.smugmug.com%2F

Some help would be appreciated.

    Hi

I've just checked and we have replied to all of your email. The most recent ticket is # 24271, today and has been replied to about 30 minutes ago.

Have you looked in your spam to see if our replies are ending up there?

And we have ticket#s 20985 and #11977 both answered timely on the days you mentioned.

The screen you posted at login is because months ago, we added a contact the pro form - and that email address must be entered by you and confimed via our system - looks like you've done that now.

Let us know if you can't find our replies - as Ann said, they're probably in your spam folder.

No, they never came to my inbox or spam folder. I check my spam folder each time I use email. Additionally, I got the automatic email confirmation of the Home Page problem within 30 seconds of confirming my email tonight (which I also did a couple of months ago, but it never seemed to take hold).

I'll need you folks to get a hold of me via my email still, since I never received the replies you say you sent.

If you need an alternate email, let me know via PM here.

First hyperlinks take me to a page that asks me to log in with my email and a password. But it doesn't accept my SmugMug password.

Second one takes me to a SmugMug help page with a hyperlink to SmugMug's email, which is what I've already been sending messages to and getting no response.

    This is not helping.

I am now able to get into the SmugMug help section. I had to redo my password to get in. What I'd like to know is why I can get automated emails from SmugMug, like for resetting my password, but not the replies you are saying you sent me.

Edit to add: I think it's interesting that I get responses for previous emails I sent in over the past three years except the one that has to do with renewing my account. You know, the one that if I choose to ignore, my credit card will automatically be billed for a renewal. The one I chose not to ignore and asked a question about, but never received a response to. Wouldn't that seem odd to anyone else?
