Resources for Family Portraits?

I will be doing some family portraits this spring and I am looking for resources to help with posing and pp ideas. Have you seen or read any good books on the subject? Are there some good examples on a web site, your or someone else's?
Thanks,
David

Can't say that these are the best, but I learned from them (I have a lot to learn, though).
Bill Hurter's books through Amherst Publishing, "Best of Family Portrait Photography" and "Best of Portrait Photography". Overall, well written and accessible.

If you get PM'ed other resources, please post the summary as well. There are some on-line posing guides as well

Given the underwhelming response to this so far, I will post whatever I find.
    Thanks,
