Smart Gallery Keyword Question

When making a keyword rule, is there a way to list multiple keywords?
I know I can make multiple rules, but I need to do something like:

• From gallery "foo"
• With keyword "A", "B", or "C"

I think this type of smart gallery can be created, but it requires two galleries/steps. Specifically:
1. Create an Unlisted "Letter" gallery for ["A" OR "B" OR "C"]
2. Create a Listed gallery for [Letter gallery AND "foo"]
