Keywords search timeout?

Keyword searches on my site result in a timeout after a long wait and the following page:

Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Reference #1.2caede41.1271764254.51247a9

My business relies on a search interface completely separate from smugmug that generates a smugmug keyword search. My business is thus down. This has been going on at least the past 24 hours.

Sample URL the search interface would generate:
http://tri-to-win-events.smugmug.com/keyword/y9-rsm-sb-194

    From where are you searching? Please list the exact steps, with links to the pages so we can help, okay? Do this by writing our Support Heroes so we can help from the help desk - thanks!

    Just clicking the link in original post causes this.

    It sure seems server related, but maybe it's browser specific? I'm running Chrome on Mac, but just tried on Firefox and it came up.

    Will follow up with Support.

    Can you try it again with Chrome? You might have to clear the cache. Since it loaded now in Firefox, it should come up in Chrome as well.

    Just keep in mind, we officially don't support Google Chrome - see our list of supported systems and browsers.

    For what it's worth - that link works fine for me using Chrome on Windows Vista.
