Copy Galleries Across SmugMug Accounts

Hello,

I won't bother with the gory details behind this, but I have an old SmugMug account that I ultimately want to close. Before doing so, I'll be opening a Pro account. I have some galleries I'd like to transfer from the old account to the new. I'd like all the captions and other text transferred as well. Initially I thought I could do this with AlbumFetcher, but now see that tool does not perform uploads. What tools are available that would accomplish this? I've looked at the utilities mentioned in this wiki:

The only one that seems to fit the bill is Star*Explorer, but I'd rather find something free, since this is just a one-time thing.
