aka Periwinkle, an evergreen ground cover. It grows around my yard and is surprisingly difficult to photograph for a couple of reasons; I get some chromatic aberration around the petals when against the green leaves. Not on every shot, but on many. Also the sensor is unable to capture the color of the flowers accurately, something common to digital cameras I'm led to understand. So I did some correcting in Lightroom for the color. For these I actually had the ring flash mounted on the lens. It's a bit flat, but that's the nature of a flashes like these. I really need a twinlight for my power unit.
I like how changing angles made the flowers look so different. Thanks for looking as usual, comment away!
