Your theme is: PATTERNS
Mini Challenge #94 begins April 22, 2010 and ends May 6th, 2010 (midnight Pacific time).
Patterns are everywhere and whether they be natural or man made I want to see them! NO images of a person in a plaid or other patterned shirt, or a pair of somethings, I am looking for images that were taken soley for the purpose of the pattern you saw when you captured it. Like shadows on a wall that make an interesting pattern or the pattern of windows on a building. They can be symetrical or random. Here are some examples to give you some ideas...
===============================
OUR UN-OFFICIAL GENERAL RULES
1. Have fun sharing and seeing what others share!
2. The host supplies a topic and you post 1-3 images. The host judges the winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) and is not eligible to enter.
The 1st place winner then chooses the next topic, judges the winner and then passes on the baton to the new champion.
3. Any photo you’ve taken is eligible, regardless of when taken or camera used.
4. Any amount of post-processing is allowed. However, it is helpful if you list your camera and lens along with your photo.
You may comment on other contestant's images. If you want someone to leave you some critique or criticism, just ask within your post.
5. The winner has up to three days (72 hours) to begin a new mini-challenge, or the honor goes to the #2 finisher and so forth.
Guidelines:
1. Enter 1-3 photos and put them in a single post.
2. Either embed your image in the thread or, if you must, supply a link to it. Keep in mind, however, most people don't want to click to open photos hosted elsewhere (i.e. on your website).
3. Also try and resize your photos prior to posting so they're sized appropriately for viewing without having to scroll (~800 pixels on the longest side works best.)
4. Give each image you enter a title.
5. Enjoy discussion with members about their images, don't let this just be an entry thread!
6. Don't be hesitant, share'em and enter!

Welcome Oldtimer (Katherine?) to the mini challenges! Could you please put your images all in one post and remove the single posted ones? This is in guidline #1. Just makes it more orginized! Also your first post is showing a link and not an image. Thanks so much.

I replied to this message once, but my reply disappeared......Can you delete the first post? I've tried, but no luck. How do I put my three images into one post??? Sorry, but I am REALLY new at this. Thanks!
Kathy.
Hi Kathy,
Post # 3 is the one that I only see a link to
http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4068/...664aa5bd_o.jpg
...it is not showing a picture. Your other post with your questions is still there on page 1.
To make a post containing up to 3 images for the mini challenge....click on reply and then the little picture icon with the mountains on it. There a little pop up window will ask for your address of your picture you would like to add. After you have copied it (you need to have another browswer window opened at the same time) you can paste it there. Then hit and enter and add the next one below the first. Be sure to add a number and title to each.
To remove a post you already have added...go to the post and click on the 'edit' button in the bottom right corner. There is a delete button there.
I hope I have explained this so you can understand.
Thanks for explaining and fixing! It will be done right next time.
