Unable to send a Print to the Lab

Hey Guys,

I may be totally spacing out (no coffee yet this morning), but I received an order overnight and, after proofing, I am unable to send it to the lab. There is no "send to lab" button on my order page. There is, however, the following message, which I haven't seen before:

"This order contains items from several pros so we need to hold it until the proof delay expires, even if you're ready sooner."

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi

This means just what the message says - your customer ordered from more than one SmugMug site, and so the order will be held in proof delay the length of the longest delay period set.

Holy cow. I didn't realize that this was possible.

Well, I guess I've done what I can.
