bug: thumbnail size huge after replacing a photo

Problem/Steps: Tools --> This Photo --> More --> Replace Photo, the replacement works fine but the thumbnail shows up as the full-size photo (not a 150px thumbnail)!

    I am not sure what caused it. But I was able to repair the images to get them back to normal. Let me know if it happens again.
