Release Form for Large Groups Commercially

I am heading out tomorrow to do some commercial shots for a friend's new restaurant. It will be mostly friends who are at the restaurant, but to keep things legal I'm putting together a release form. Does anyone else have experience in large group release forms? Thanks!

I just do it like another shoot....individual releases but naming you and the restaurant as being able to use the files as each sees fit.........but that is just my way.....the good thing is that you shouldn't have to repeat yourself 100 times:D once or twice should be all the explaining needed.

Thanks Art. I found a form online that basically allows people to print their name and then sign, allowing me to only print out a few copies instead of 30 . But I really appreciate knowing what everyone else does!
