Most of them are pretty much identifiable. Think #6 looks right on point for the challenge.

I also like #6. Looks like fruit, but I like what you did with the colors.

I have no idea WTH #6 is, but would like some more light on it.

Of these I think #1 and #8 look the best, but I agree that #6 is most WTH.

I'm curious what you think #1 is? : ) Looks may be VERY deceiving on this one.

Well I guess that depends on if it is a common object. It initially looked like spokes to me, but on second glance, maybe not. I like #1.

#1 looks like a hairbrush. This is a fun challenge!

I think 6 is an orange slice with something light in the background produce the other colors.

Not a spoke, not a hairbrush....it's a kitchen thing. mwink.gif And the other items are actually very tiny...the cup is only 1/4" wide in real life. #6 is an orange slice with backlighting through little colored scarves. : ) Perhaps I need to find different angles to shoot from. Your comments and suggestions are very helpful as I work toward improving my photography.

oh, ckasper, you are soooo close. rolleyes1.gif this IS a fun contest. I dont' feel like any of my current images have any WOW factor, so I'm going to keep shooting. Something is missing in my technique and I'm determined to get my photos up to the caliber I see from others. So, seriously, any critique is great...I can take it. :D

I do like the monkey face on the slice of banana...but maybe no one else sees the monkey face. mwink.gif
