Looks ok, but I think that they are a little blown out, like your camera got fooled by the white uniforms.

Try zooming out to give them space to move into in the frame, rule of thirds type stuff.

What did you shoot this with?

Thanks for the feedback. D700 with a 300 2.8 lens. Pretty harsh sun so the trade off was the white unis slightly blown out to be able to make sure the faces were properly exposed. Thanks again.

I like them. and I agree, you end up overexposing for white uniforms in the sun. You crop pictures about the same way I do. Love the classic D-pole around the neck shot.

Good job on these! It's tough shooting white uniforms with harsh sun. Really no way around it but to over expose a little to get light under the helments.
