#49 WTH - Challenge Worthy? C&C Please!

I would really appreciate some feedback on the following shots. Are any of these challenge worthy (is the photo up to scratch, does it invoke a "WTH is that" reaction)?
I don't have anything special for doing macro shots. All of these shots are with my twin kit lens hand held in reverse against the camera body. Obviously this results in a lot of camera shake, so conditions are somewhat adverse! I don't have time to get a reverse mount ring in time for this challenge. I may have time to reshoot with a tripod and perhaps get better focus if required (the lens will still be hand held against the camera body), focus is done by moving the camera forward and backwards by minute degrees.
No titles yet...
Not sure how I feel about #1, it feels somewhat lacking...Focus and DoF are obviously a big issue with a hand held reverse lens!
#2 has colour and bold lines.
I like #3-5 for the shape and mystery (#4 might sort of give it away), however colour is obvioulsy lacking and the shots may be a bit soft without any colour?

I will have a look at what I can come up on a reshoot of #2, or perhaps looking at a close crop from a wider angle shot produced from my reversed kit zoom (this current shot was with the kit prime which has a closer zoom when held in reverse).
I may also try #3-5 again on a black or coloured background, instead of white. I was so caught up with the subject, that I forgot to think about how the background contributes to the image (even if it is a blur).
