I have been having a problem for a long time and can't seem to get pointed in the right direction.

On my smugmug site www.jagfamilyphoto.com , when a client clicks on their gallery (within the "client proofs" section of my site), they are directed to their photos. The page appears to be OK and displays the thumbnails and one main photo to the right of the thumbs. However, when they click on a thumbnail nothing happens. The large display photo does not change.

In addition, when you click on the "slideshow" button within one of these galleries nothing happens either.

After trial and error, I have found that if the client navigates to another site, (i.e. google, yahoo, whatever), then clicks on the BACK button or re-navigates back to my site, then things work fine!

The problem is how unprofessional it is to tell someone to go look at their proofs with an intermediate stop at another site somewhere to make the dang thing work!

Perhaps related is the fact that none of my clients could get their passwords to work either, so I removed them from all the galleries, (another rib-shot to the professionalism of the site.)

I have tried this on over 20 computers within my office, my wife's office, clients homes, friends and family, so I am convinced it is not a setting issue with "a" computer.

PLEASE HELP!

I took a look at your site and I'm not seeing anything related to customization that might be causing any problems. I do see you have Domain Masking set up for your domain name. Can you remove the Domain Masking and set up a cname & a-record to see if that might help?

    Info here: http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/CNAME+Custom+Domain+Name+Help

Need help, write in to the help desk and we'll help you there. To let you know, we've received all 5 of your help tickets at the desk and responded back to each of them. Could be you're not receiving them???

I'm replying back to your latest ticket right after this post. :)
